Phishing Scams in Plain English

Posted by: Debbie McNeill | Comments (0)

I just adore the people who put these videos out.  I think they do a great job of making what could be a complicated issue, uncomplicated.   You will be seeing more of their videos on this site.

This subject is near and dear to my heart as I know of at least one of my customers who have fallen victim to this scam.  I’ve seen the emails so I know they are out there and it is EASY to not realize the situation.  Protect yourself by being informed.  Starting with this video.

This isn’t for everyone but I love technology and what it can do for us.  I recently purchased a Kindle 2 and I have to tell you … I feel like a character out of Star Trek. I carry this book reader around with me and I have access to lots and lots of reading possibilities.  It’s smaller than most books and much lighter.

Well, for you gadget geeks like me, here is some new research being done around a personal computer that you can easily carry around with you.   The video is slow at first but stick with it because I think you will find it fascinating.
