Meet Kristina Koch

By

I would like you to meet Kristina Koch

Kristina Koch from Langley, British Columbia joined us as our Dynamic Demonstrator this month in my Stamping Updates Downline Newsletter (SUDL). We always ask our
Dynamic Demonstrators to answer your burning questions about developing and growing their Stampin’ Up! business.

CPP: What is your biggest challenge and how are you working to overcome it?

[Kristina Koch]: My biggest challenge is organization. Keeping myself organized & balanced in all areas as my business grows is very challenging. Many times I feel that I can’t keep up! To help me with this, I have done a few things. I now have 2 assistants that help me with prepping for classes, clubs, workshops, etc. and unpacking & sorting orders. For clubs & workshops I use the same projects for the whole month. The girls prep & label these all at once. I limit myself to how much time I spend answering emails & being on the computer. I also make a lot of lists! I guess I am working on delegating the part of my business that doesn’t “need” me so that I can work on the part of my business that only I can do.
