I have a great big portable hard drive on my desk to hold all my video demonstrations, past newsletters, contact information and pictures. It’s really not feasible when I travel. I purchased this smaller version so that I can backup all the things I need the most when I’m on the road, just in case my system crashes at the most critical time.
