Karla Anders’s Spring Hat Box
By Debbie McNeill
I would like you to meet Karla Anders
Karla Anders from Madison, Wisconsin joined us as our Dynamic Demonstrator this month in my Stamping Updates Downline Newsletter (SUDL). We always ask our Dynamic Demonstrators to answer your burning questions about developing
and growing their Stampin’ Up! business.
CPP: Do you have an example of what has worked for your business lately?
[Karla Anders]: About a year and a half ago I started a design team with 4 of my Downline, who are business builders. We meet at my house once a month. I make a fancy dinner for them and we plan Stamp Camps, Clubs and Downline Meetings. It has worked out great! Everyone designs and plans out a project, has a say in how the Camp or Meeting runs, can advertise the Event(s) with their customers and takes a share of the profits. The best thing is that no one has to come up with the idea’s all by themselves.
