Lynda Glassmoyer’s Slipcase with 3 Books

I would like you to meet Lynda Glassmoyer.
Lynda Glassmoyer from Whidbey Island, WA joined us as our Dynamic Demonstrator this month in my Stamping Updates Downline Newsletter (SUDL). I always ask my
Dynamic Demonstrators to answer your burning questions about developing and growing their Stampin’ Up! business.
CPP: What have you done to retain your downline?
[LG]: My downline has been spread all across the country from the very beginning, so I have offered a yahoogroup for them for many years. We do a monthly card swap by mail (taking turns hosting it), and I lead a monthly teleconference, too. And I’m really big on encouraging them to come to Convention every year to get to know their upline and sideline “family”. Locally, I also host get-togethers, too. I have observed that retention is directly associated with “connection”. Obviously there are many who choose to stay away and not participate, but those who do participate tend to stay in longer and have more productive businesses.
